1. First open a new image 800 x 600 and set the background to #FFFFFF.

2.Pick the eliptical marque tool and while holding the shift button make a circular selection, create a new layer and fill the selection with #00FF00 don’t deselect.

3.create a new layer Then go to -> edit ->stroke and set it to 8px and outside.

4.Apply these settings or download my style pack here and apply TS Chrome 003.

5.create a new layer and add your symbol and apply the same style as the ring.
duplicate layer 2 (green circle) ctrl select the symbol and clear the selection from layer 2 then apply bevel and emboss with the default settings to layer 2.
then apply these settings:

6. create a new layer, select white as forground, ctrl+select layer 2,create a new layer and make a gradient from top to bottom.

7.select new layer make an elipse with these settings:

8. move the symbol layer above all others and your done.
